Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in power system modeling and studies.
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams for complex power system study projects.
- Advanced knowledge of contingency analysis, voltage stability, small signal stability, and transient stability.
- Proficiency in power system modeling (RMS & EMT) including generator and renewable model development.
- Expertise in simulation and analysis tools: DSATools, PSS/E, and PSCAD.
- Familiarity with ERCOT and/or MISO interconnection and system planning procedures.
- Experience conducting NERC and regional utility reliability compliance studies.
- Proven success in client engagement and business development.
- Understanding of annual planning, budgeting, and business forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a highly skilled and efficient technical team.
- Drive sales initiatives, including prospecting new customers, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Manage and grow relationships with U.S. customers to drive revenue and secure repeat business.
- Oversee the technical, financial, and operational performance of the team.
- Manage daily workloads and staff utilization to ensure productivity.
- Provide technical coaching, mentorship, and professional development to junior staff.
- Deliver specialized training courses to clients.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Legal, and HSEQ.
