Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or related consulting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the life sciences industry and familiarity with business-to-business sales processes and opportunity development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and creating polished client-facing sales presentations and business materials.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning, resource management, risk management, budgeting, and project execution.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies, software, tools, and best practices.
  • PMP certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities while working effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and development of high-quality proposals and RFP responses by leveraging industry knowledge and collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Gather, validate, and organize information required for proposal development while maintaining proposal repositories and supporting documentation for assigned specialty areas.
  • Participate in client discovery and fact-finding meetings to identify project requirements, document key actions, and translate client needs into effective implementation plans.
  • Support the successful launch of new client engagements by developing detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation activities to facilitate efficient communication and project delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between operational teams and client project management offices, ensuring smooth handoffs and seamless transitions following implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery quality and client satisfaction.
  • Expand knowledge of the broader service portfolio to provide flexible support across multiple business initiatives as needed.
