Requirements
- 4+ years of proven relationship building and closing experience in a sales environment.
- Experience managing a full sales lifecycle within the SMB segment.
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations to C-level executives, directors, and managers.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strategic C-level relationships.
- Experience managing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships.
- Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support sales cycles.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to manage objections and convert prospects.
- High level of empathy and collaborative mentality.
- Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle account ownership including commercial transactions, upsells, cross-sells, and end-to-end renewals.
- Drive net-new revenue by prospecting within the install base to identify and close expansion opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to align business goals with company solutions.
- Monitor account health and usage to proactively manage retention and prevent churn.
- Build and maintain relationships with VPs and C-suite executives to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting for net new bookings and churn.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless transitions.
