Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven relationship building and closing experience in a sales environment.
  • Experience managing a full sales lifecycle within the SMB segment.
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations to C-level executives, directors, and managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strategic C-level relationships.
  • Experience managing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships.
  • Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support sales cycles.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to manage objections and convert prospects.
  • High level of empathy and collaborative mentality.
  • Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle account ownership including commercial transactions, upsells, cross-sells, and end-to-end renewals.
  • Drive net-new revenue by prospecting within the install base to identify and close expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to align business goals with company solutions.
  • Monitor account health and usage to proactively manage retention and prevent churn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VPs and C-suite executives to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting for net new bookings and churn.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless transitions.
