Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging for lead generation.
- Experience using CRM software and sales outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Capacity to understand complex business challenges and explain them to Enterprise clients.
- Reliable access to participate in virtual team meetings on camera.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation and cold outreach.
- Present Toptal’s value proposition to potential clients and conduct exploratory discussions to understand business needs.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to pursue strategic accounts and schedule qualified meetings.
- Maintain high-quality data and documentation in Salesforce.com.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to demand generation strategies.
- Engage in continuous professional development and provide feedback for team growth.
