Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging for lead generation.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Capacity to understand complex business challenges and explain them to Enterprise clients.
  • Reliable access to participate in virtual team meetings on camera.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation and cold outreach.
  • Present Toptal’s value proposition to potential clients and conduct exploratory discussions to understand business needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to pursue strategic accounts and schedule qualified meetings.
  • Maintain high-quality data and documentation in Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to demand generation strategies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and provide feedback for team growth.
