Requirements
- Relevant education or experience in computer science, engineering, or technical project management
- Experience in infrastructure and/or application software migration project management (e.g., O365, Google Workspace)

- Ability to present effectively to C-level executives
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Knowledge and application of Agile project management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and defuse high-stakes situations
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from initial communication to project completion
- Gather requirements from clients and communicate with technical team
- Manage project scope, finances, schedule and expectations of all parties
- Confirm resource availability and appointment
- Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution of projects
- Set client expectations and safeguard technical feasibility
- Develop project plans, track progress and update appropriate parties
- Hold weekly project updates covering financial and functional updates
