Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in conference production or events (tech, startups, or marketing focus preferred).
- Proven experience in end-to-end speaker acquisition, including research, cold outreach, and closing.
- Strong written communication skills capable of engaging senior, time-poor professionals.
- Demonstrable interest in the app economy, tech, and startup ecosystem.
- Familiarity with or interest in modern, interactive event formats.
- High organizational skills with the ability to track commitments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Availability to travel to London, New York, and Berlin for event support.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach high-quality speakers in app growth, user acquisition, CRM, product, and leadership.
- Manage the full speaker lifecycle from initial outreach and calls to final confirmation.
- Research industry trends to develop compelling agenda topics and innovative session formats.
- Own the speaker journey, including briefing, slide deadlines, travel logistics, and on-site management.
- Attend and support on-site delivery at events in London, New York, and Berlin.
- Support marketing and delegate acquisition campaigns through copywriting and network outreach.
- Produce and host webinars and digital content to support the year-round community strategy.
