Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, scrum mastering, or technology implementation support.
- Strong foundational understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Asana.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solution-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or basic background in software development and cloud technologies.
- Capacity to travel to client sites as needed (<25%).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Scrum/Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage small-to-medium scale projects or workstreams using agile principles.
- Facilitate daily standups, scrum ceremonies, and project status meetings.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to document requirements and track milestones.
- Maintain project health by tracking scope, schedules, deliverables, and RAAIDD.
- Manage project financials and margin performance, including burn rate tracking.
- Prepare status updates, retrospectives, and health reports for stakeholders.
- Develop technical knowledge in cloud and data solutions to facilitate project decisions.
