Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- 8+ years of experience leading Project Management teams within Professional Services, Systems Integration, Managed Services, or Technology Consulting organizations.
- Proven experience managing Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex technology implementation projects across multiple technical disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of waterfall, hybrid, and agile project delivery methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing professionals.
- Excellent executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational leadership skills.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience managing portfolios consisting of multiple concurrent customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
- Oversee successful delivery of customer projects across multiple technology practices, including Data Center, Network & Security, Cloud, and Managed Services.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and leadership to improve resource planning, financial forecasting, and project profitability.
- Lead executive portfolio reviews and develop KPIs and dashboards to improve organizational visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality, forecasting accuracy, and customer outcomes.
