Requirements
- 4+ years of experience testing complex software systems.
- Highly fluent in QA fundamentals: test design, exploratory testing, regression strategies, and release confidence.
- Comfortable testing AI-assisted systems with nuanced validation for probabilistic outputs.
- Technically curious and able to reason about systems beyond the UI layer.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, test planning, and test reporting.
- Solid experience with test automation tools, particularly Playwright.
- Hands-on exposure to AI or LLM-powered tools.
- Collaborative, communicative, and pragmatic mindset.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of quality for Pasito product experiences used by insurance carriers and partners.
- Design and execute test strategies for AI workflows to validate correctness and failure modes.
- Design and maintain robust E2E test coverage for core user journeys.
- Apply a mix of exploratory, manual, and automated testing.
- Validate data flows, backend logic, and frontend experiences to assess end-to-end system risk.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to communicate quality standards.
- Partner with the Forward Deployed team to QA specific client portals.
