Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience designing and drafting quantitative survey questionnaires.
- Strong survey programming experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, or comparable platforms.
- Proficiency with survey logic, branching, quotas, randomization, and QA testing.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, crosstabs, and data cleaning techniques.
- Experience analyzing large-scale survey datasets.
- Working knowledge of SPSS, R, or similar statistical analysis tools.
- Experience developing research reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Develop survey questionnaires aligned with research objectives and business questions.
- Program surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar tools, implementing advanced logic and randomization.
- Clean, validate, and structure survey datasets for analysis and develop crosstab reports.
- Execute analysis plans using descriptive statistics and quantitative research methods to identify trends and patterns.
- Create research reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage execution timelines across multiple research projects simultaneously and monitor milestones.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine study objectives and methodologies.
