Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, or related fields.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience using R, Python, or comparable statistical analysis tools.
- Knowledge of statistical testing, experimentation, forecasting, predictive modeling, and causal analysis methodologies.
- Strong understanding of marketing measurement, customer behavior, and loyalty strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business impact.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing measurement strategies to evaluate campaign performance, customer engagement, sales impact, and return on investment.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify customer, market, and competitive trends to uncover opportunities for growth and marketing optimization.
- Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Manage strategic analyses, executive requests, and data-driven projects that support organizational priorities.
- Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, and customer analytics techniques to evaluate business opportunities.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, controlled experiments, and pilot programs to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for customer loyalty programs, digital experiences, and mobile applications.
