- Demonstrated initiative in improving legal operational efficiencies.
- Effective collaboration skills within a remote, cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process standard agreements including NDAs, employment contracts, and equity grants.
- Lead recordkeeping and filing processes for domestic and international subsidiaries to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the signature process and maintain accurate commercial contract and due diligence databases.
- Support the General Counsel on complex projects such as M&A, financings, and IP portfolio maintenance.
- Administer stock plans utilizing Carta.
- Identify bottlenecks in legal workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
