Responsibilities

  • Manage and process standard agreements including NDAs, employment contracts, and equity grants.
  • Lead recordkeeping and filing processes for domestic and international subsidiaries to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the signature process and maintain accurate commercial contract and due diligence databases.
  • Support the General Counsel on complex projects such as M&A, financings, and IP portfolio maintenance.
  • Administer stock plans utilizing Carta.
  • Identify bottlenecks in legal workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
