Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in technology consulting.
- 6+ years of experience architecting and managing enterprise data solutions (data warehousing, data lakes, lakehouse).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and LLMs (Azure AI, OpenAI, Claude).
- Advanced English Level required for working with US clients.
- Strong background in data integration pipelines and Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven expertise building virtual agents and custom copilots (Microsoft Copilot Studio).
- Technical mastery of cloud data and AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Experience establishing Data Governance and Responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the Data & AI Practice strategy.
- Identify market trends and translate them into service offerings and go-to-market initiatives.
- Support growth, pre-sales, and account expansion through client engagement and solution design.
- Drive internal AI adoption to improve organizational operational efficiency.
- Participate in billable client projects, contributing discovery, advisory, and solution definition expertise.
- Collaborate with recruiting to define requirements and validate technical profiles for Data & AI roles.
- Mentor specialists and share insights with the internal community.
