Requirements

  • 7+ years of product experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong background in contact-center, CCaaS, or developer-platform products.
  • Proven experience shipping to enterprise customers on a fast cadence.
  • Technical proficiency to reason about events, plugins, and latency budgets.
  • Expertise in owning LLM-backed services in production, including eval and guardrails.
  • Experience with integration and partner ecosystems (CCaaS, CRM, telephony, or data-warehouse connectors).
  • Familiarity with auth, SSO, webhooks, and PII redaction requirements.
  • Ability to write crisp, actionable one-page product specs.
  • Business acumen to frame decisions in ARR, attach, retention, and margin.
  • Experience treating pricing and packaging as a product component.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI services API contract, Desktop Intercept client, and integration roadmap end to end.
  • Set and monitor latency and cost budgets per service.
  • Define eval and guardrails as product, establishing standards for safety and performance.
  • Prioritize the integration roadmap based on revenue impact and partner ecosystem needs.
  • Manage reliability, privacy, and PII handling as core product features.
  • Define capability backlogs, specs, and customer-pilot targets for feature areas.
  • Ensure the customer voice is represented in every spec review.
