Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years leading customer success, customer marketing, enablement, or post-sale functions at scale.
- Demonstrated track record of improving net revenue retention through product adoption and customer engagement programs.
- Experience building customer education or academy programs, ideally using the company’s own product.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and how to drive adoption.
- Data-driven, utilizing product usage data, health scores, and engagement metrics to prioritize investment.
- Experience in enterprise software, specifically LMS, HCM, EdTech, or adjacent markets preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and GTM teams.
- AI fluency, with an understanding of how AI agents and automation enhance customer experience and scale enablement.
Responsibilities
- Drive campaigns, communications, and programs that keep customers engaged and aware of platform value.
- Build and scale Absorb Academy as the flagship customer education experience, creating certification and training paths.
- Own content and touchpoints that drive product adoption across the customer base.
- Build a community of customer champions through case studies, reference programs, and advocacy initiatives.
- Partner with GTM and Sales to identify expansion opportunities using usage data and customer engagement metrics.
