Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles across product, growth, strategy, or adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success scaling B2B SaaS products from post-launch through sustained market adoption.
- Experience leading AI-enabled or data-driven products.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise customers to validate value and guide adoption.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Experience leading portfolio-level transformations and scale optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive product-led growth by establishing early wins and developing repeatable go-to-market motions.
- Define validation priorities and early-adopter strategies in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Lead cross-functional GTM teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
- Influence product roadmap and investment decisions using customer feedback and adoption data.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and industry stakeholders to validate value and inform strategy.
- Build and develop high-performing teams through strategic hiring and performance management.
