Requirements
- Confident macOS user curious about the Apple ecosystem.
- Hands-on IT experience (e.g., helpdesk, internship, or technical degree).
- English language proficiency at B1–B2 level.
- Ukrainian language proficiency.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as the OSI model and common protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Self-organized with the ability to plan and prioritize work independently.
- Experience with MDM, Apple Business Manager, or ticketing systems (nice to have).
- Automation skills including Zapier, Make, JavaScript, or Bash fundamentals (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full corporate hardware lifecycle including procurement, device setup via MDM, inventory, and shipping.
- Handle the technical side of employee onboarding and offboarding including accounts, access, and equipment provisioning.
- Provide helpdesk support across the organization using Zoho Desk.
- Manage tool access and subscriptions for 100+ services including audits, renewals, and invoice coordination.
- Support security initiatives including access control, phishing prevention, and employee training.
- Document work and improve IT processes and the knowledge base.
