Requirements

  • Confident macOS user curious about the Apple ecosystem.
  • Hands-on IT experience (e.g., helpdesk, internship, or technical degree).
  • English language proficiency at B1–B2 level.
  • Ukrainian language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as the OSI model and common protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting and systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Self-organized with the ability to plan and prioritize work independently.
  • Experience with MDM, Apple Business Manager, or ticketing systems (nice to have).
  • Automation skills including Zapier, Make, JavaScript, or Bash fundamentals (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full corporate hardware lifecycle including procurement, device setup via MDM, inventory, and shipping.
  • Handle the technical side of employee onboarding and offboarding including accounts, access, and equipment provisioning.
  • Provide helpdesk support across the organization using Zoho Desk.
  • Manage tool access and subscriptions for 100+ services including audits, renewals, and invoice coordination.
  • Support security initiatives including access control, phishing prevention, and employee training.
  • Document work and improve IT processes and the knowledge base.
