Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, with a strong focus on manual testing methodologies
- Proven track record building and maintaining automated test suites
- Deep understanding of software QA fundamentals, including test planning, defect tracking, and metrics
- Excellent English communication skills—comfortable writing clear bug reports and leading distributed discussions
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases across web and API layers
- Develop, extend, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites
- Collaborate with external stakeholders—clients’ QA teams, integration partners, and cross-functional teams—to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into our QA processes
- Triage, track, and report defects; work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution
- Take initiative to identify gaps in test coverage and propose solutions that improve overall product quality
- Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
