Requirements

  • Fluent French and English language skills.
  • Professional experience at a B2B software company in a product-related role (digital marketing, e-commerce, or IT preferred).
  • Experience in technical account management or customer support.
  • Ability to quickly learn and prioritize technically complex issues.
  • Experience with ticket and CRM systems such as Jira and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including managing large data sets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Basic MySQL skills for writing/updating queries (nice to have).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser troubleshooting (nice to have).
  • Experience with APIs and Postman (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ongoing technical relationship with assigned customers post-implementation to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated support cases from the Customer Support team requiring deeper technical or client-focused attention.
  • Document and escalate bugs through appropriate internal channels such as Jira.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Customer Success, Customer Support, and Sales teams.
  • Develop and improve internal and external support processes through individual projects and documentation.
