Requirements
- Fluent French and English language skills.
- Professional experience at a B2B software company in a product-related role (digital marketing, e-commerce, or IT preferred).
- Experience in technical account management or customer support.
- Ability to quickly learn and prioritize technically complex issues.
- Experience with ticket and CRM systems such as Jira and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Excel, including managing large data sets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Basic MySQL skills for writing/updating queries (nice to have).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser troubleshooting (nice to have).
- Experience with APIs and Postman (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage the ongoing technical relationship with assigned customers post-implementation to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Handle escalated support cases from the Customer Support team requiring deeper technical or client-focused attention.
- Document and escalate bugs through appropriate internal channels such as Jira.
- Collaborate closely with internal Customer Success, Customer Support, and Sales teams.
- Develop and improve internal and external support processes through individual projects and documentation.
