Requirements
- Deep experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products (mobile, web, or both).
- Proven experience as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring engineers.
- Proficiency in working across the full stack in a startup environment.
- Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks.
- Proficiency in Expo, React, TypeScript, and Kotlin.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with trends in LLM coding agents.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with product and design teams.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or high-trust consumer domains preferred.
- Experience with engagement, retention, or onboarding flows preferred.
- Experience with AI/ML or building agent-based systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for our mobile development strategy and patient-facing apps.
- Rapidly prototype and ship features in our patient mobile and web apps using AI tools.
- Help steer product direction for patient support and retention during their initial care period.
- Collaborate directly with product, design, and clinical teams to translate patient needs into features.
- Mentor and grow junior engineers while setting technical standards and architecture patterns.
