Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in commercial analysis, finance, analytics, infrastructure, or energy markets.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret financial models, commercial reports, and performance data.
- Experience maintaining structured documentation, trackers, and repeatable business processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to clean energy, infrastructure, datacenter infrastructure, or power markets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial performance analysis, reporting, and financial tracking for assigned assets.
- Maintain trackers for commercial obligations, performance metrics, and key contractual terms including EPC, O&M, and interconnection agreements.
- Manage documentation, lifecycle records, and decision history for commercial commitments.
- Identify and escalate contractual issues, performance concerns, or compliance risks.
- Coordinate deliverables across Development, Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Assist with asset onboarding, operational transitions, and ongoing documentation management.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, invoice tracking, and variance analysis.
