- Technical depth and ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience reasoning about complex systems, data flows, and system reliability.
- Strong judgment and ability to prioritize between speed, correctness, and maintainability.
- Ability to think in loops and focus on quality and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize business outcomes to recommend the next best action for operators with clear execution paths.
- Spend time with restaurant owners and frontline teams to build deep operator intuition.
- Productize business playbooks into personalized actions based on restaurant data and configuration.
- Ship high-impact playbooks including demand capture, menu optimization, dynamic specials, and reputation automation.
- Own foundations for orders, menus, integrations, and product reliability at scale.
