Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Experience working in B2B services, SaaS, staffing, or recruiting industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and large datasets.
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience handling cross-border payments and payroll processes in LATAM.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company cash flow forecasts and financial models on a weekly basis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Extract and analyze data from QuickBooks Online and HubSpot to maintain accurate financial dashboards.
- Own the full Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Manage invoicing and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Execute accurate and timely month-end close processes including accruals.
- Support and manage cross-border payroll operations for 150+ employees and contractors across Latin America.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments across multiple currencies and payment platforms.
