Requirements
- Proven experience with advanced Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Support.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB RAM.
- Backup device meeting at least Intel Core i3 performance levels.
- Functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space and a smartphone for communication.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex Google Sheets with interconnected workbooks.
- Utilize advanced formulas including ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, REGEX, IMPORTRANGE, FILTER, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for large datasets.
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports for easy data visualization.
- Optimize spreadsheet performance to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Assist with operational tasks to support team productivity and workflow management.
