Requirements

  • Proven experience with advanced Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Support.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8GB RAM.
  • Backup device meeting at least Intel Core i3 performance levels.
  • Functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space and a smartphone for communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain complex Google Sheets with interconnected workbooks.
  • Utilize advanced formulas including ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, REGEX, IMPORTRANGE, FILTER, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for large datasets.
  • Create dynamic dashboards and reports for easy data visualization.
  • Optimize spreadsheet performance to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Assist with operational tasks to support team productivity and workflow management.
