Requirements

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities simultaneously.
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
- Must be passionate about contributing to consumer experience improvement.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace for PHI/HIPAA compliance.
- Self-provided internet with minimum 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload speeds.
- Ability to attend virtual training Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST for 8 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Address incoming telephone, digital, or written customer inquiries.
- Perform moderately complex administrative and operational customer support activities.
- Resolve customer issues including complex benefit questions and provider education.
- Record details of all inquiries, transactions, and interactions accurately.
- Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances as needed.
- Interpret area or department policies to make decisions on semi-routine assignments.
