Requirements

  • Dedicated, quiet workspace for PHI/HIPAA compliance.
  • Self-provided internet with minimum 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Ability to attend virtual training Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST for 8 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Address incoming telephone, digital, or written customer inquiries.
  • Perform moderately complex administrative and operational customer support activities.
  • Resolve customer issues including complex benefit questions and provider education.
  • Record details of all inquiries, transactions, and interactions accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances as needed.
  • Interpret area or department policies to make decisions on semi-routine assignments.
