Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license or trainee license in the state of AZ or PA.
- Strong computer and data entry proficiency using Microsoft Office products.
- High-speed internet (cable broadband or fiber optic) with minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- Dedicated, private, and quiet workspace.
- Reliable internet connectivity provided through a wired ethernet connection.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to gather patient demographics and arrange initial medication shipments.
- Process prescription requests via outbound communication with providers and doctors' offices.
- Enter prescription data into company computer systems with high accuracy.
- Investigate non-clinical issues in coordination with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
