Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience managing global supply chains, international logistics, and inventory planning functions.
- Demonstrated experience within the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience managing contract manufacturing partners and suppliers.
- Experience supporting import/export compliance programs and international trade operations.
- Experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, or integrated business planning processes.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, operational reporting, and supply chain planning tools.
- Ability to drive data-driven decision making through analysis of operational performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the organization's supply planning process to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory investment.
- Develop and maintain integrated demand and supply planning processes in partnership with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Provide strategic oversight of domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and 3PL providers.
- Serve as the operational lead for import/export compliance activities supporting global distribution.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes, systems, and workflows.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and distribution partners.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and executive decision-making.
