Job Details

8–12+ years of progressive operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience managing global supply chains, international logistics, and inventory planning functions.
Demonstrated experience within the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry.
Experience managing contract manufacturing partners and suppliers.
Experience supporting import/export compliance programs and international trade operations.
Experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, or integrated business planning processes.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, operational reporting, and supply chain planning tools.
Ability to drive data-driven decision making through analysis of operational performance metrics.

Own and lead the organization's supply planning process to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory investment.
Develop and maintain integrated demand and supply planning processes in partnership with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
Provide strategic oversight of domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and 3PL providers.
Serve as the operational lead for import/export compliance activities supporting global distribution.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes, systems, and workflows.
Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and distribution partners.
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and executive decision-making.
