Requirements
- University Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain or Material Planning.
- Previous customer-facing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Knowledge of consignment inventory (preferred).
- APICS certifications (e.g., CPIM) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the OSS planning team, mentoring members for career growth and leadership succession.
- Develop optimization strategies and tools for inventory management and materials optimization.
- Spearhead innovation in standardized materials planning processes to optimize business resources.
- Coordinate forecasting methods by gathering data from SAP, Servigistics, and SIOP to build aggregated plans.
- Collaborate with customers, product development leaders, and sales/marketing teams to develop demand forecasts.
- Ensure inventory control and stock level maintenance, including conducting onsite audits.
- Analyze and implement new technologies to improve materials planning and drive continuous improvement.
- Present monthly demand, supply, and executive review materials to engage leadership in strategic decisions.
