Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Data entry experience.
- Designated home workspace free from noise and distractions.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down.
- Strong data entry skills with the ability to type 32 WPM or more (preferred).
- Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office (preferred).
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately (preferred).
- Strong comprehension, professional demeanor, and communication skills (preferred).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills (preferred).
- Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency (preferred).
- Insurance knowledge (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports received through phone & non-phone reporting options.
- Resolve complex claims inquiries and problems, involving others when necessary to provide effective service.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the team to improve customer care quality.
- Follow procedures to ensure adherence to company risk and compliance policies.
