Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Designated home workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down.
  • Strong data entry skills with the ability to type 32 WPM or more (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately (preferred).
  • Strong comprehension, professional demeanor, and communication skills (preferred).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills (preferred).
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency (preferred).
  • Insurance knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Process clients’ first notice of loss claim reports received through phone & non-phone reporting options.
  • Resolve complex claims inquiries and problems, involving others when necessary to provide effective service.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the team to improve customer care quality.
  • Follow procedures to ensure adherence to company risk and compliance policies.
