Requirements
- 4+ years of professional manual testing experience across web applications, admin panels, APIs, and mobile apps.
- Proven ability to document and maintain comprehensive regression test plans and test cases.
- Proficiency in Postman and/or Swagger for API validation.
- Working knowledge of MySQL 8 to verify data and investigate bugs.
- Experience with mobile testing tools like LambdaTest, Apple TestFlight, and Google Play Internal Testing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools including GA4, Firebase, Crashlytics, and MS Clarity.
- Competence in using Jira and GitLab for bug tracking and project management.
- Basic knowledge of the OWASP toolset for security testing.
- Comfortable using AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for productivity.
- Dedicated personal workstation with noise-canceling USB headset.
- Stable wired Ethernet connection (min 20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) plus a secondary backup internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain regression test plans for web platforms and mobile apps (Android, iOS).
- Execute functional and regression testing for customer-facing pages, admin panels, and API endpoints using Postman.
- Monitor and triage issues reported via Jira and email, managing tickets in GitLab.
- Verify payments on non-LIVE and LIVE environments according to established processes.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, and GA4 to monitor app stability and user behavior.
- Apply AI tools to assist in test case generation, bug reporting, and exploratory testing.
- Participate in code review and planning meetings to align on testing efforts and platform architecture.
