Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or People Operations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ChatGPT and modern AI productivity platforms for recruitment tasks.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
- Experience using AI for sourcing, screening, interview prep, and workflow optimization.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen outstanding candidates globally using AI-driven methods.
- Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage and optimize ATS workflows, interview coordination, and hiring administration.
- Leverage AI tools for resume screening, interview preparation, recruitment marketing, and reporting.
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads to build scalable recruitment and people operations systems.
- Maintain high-quality recruitment documentation and track KPIs to drive continuous process improvement.
- Support performance management and onboarding initiatives.
