Requirements
- 5+ years of paid social experience with a proven track record developing full funnel strategies for eCommerce brands.
- Deep expertise across at least five major paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat).
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy, testing methodologies, and how cultural trends drive business outcomes.
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying, Google Analytics) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of clients, overseeing full funnel media planning, testing roadmaps, forecasting, measurement, and long-term account growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor by connecting media performance, creative strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural moments to deliver meaningful business results.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, raising the quality of work, and fostering strategic thinking.
- Partner closely with creative teams and clients to shape creative strategy, identifying winning concepts, testing opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
- Establish best practices across planning, campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and innovation.
- Translate complex performance data into compelling, executive-level narratives and represent the agency through client presentations.
