Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Linux OS and its supported technologies and systems.
- AWS Cloud experience and expertise in engineering and architecture.
- Azure Cloud experience and expertise.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Core Platforms including compute, storage, networking, and virtual machines.
- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management and Security and Compliance frameworks.
- Linux System administrator experience including OS management and patching.
- Ability to create processes, documentation, and technical standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving capability in complex, multi-technology environments.
- Experience with AWS or Azure Government is highly desired.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containers is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Surface and analyze customer business requirements.
- Translate requirements into architectural designs and influence infrastructure component deployment.
- Design, construct, configure, and maintain AWS Subscription/Tenants.
- Plan and execute end-to-end implementation of target workloads.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot AWS and Linux technical issues.
- Optimize cost and performance of server and cloud resources.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Azure and emerging cloud technologies.
