Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer experience or support roles.
- 2+ years of professional experience in accounting or taxes.
- Proficiency with accounting and payroll software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Gusto, or ADP.
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes, with S-Corp payroll experience considered a plus.
- Ability to conduct video calls for approximately 4–5 hours per day.
- Proven ability to manage multiple member tasks and conversations simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct video calls with members approximately 4–5 hours daily to guide them through onboarding and account questions.
- Serve as a primary resource for troubleshooting and escalating platform issues.
- Guide members through running payroll and understanding payroll tax requirements, including S-Corp considerations.
- Translate complex tax and accounting topics into clear, accessible explanations for members.
- Manage multiple member interactions via calls, email, and messaging with a focus on quality and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within Salesforce and internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall member experience.
