Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple business units or brands simultaneously.
Ability to run 5+ concurrent searches across different functions without a coordinator.
Fluent with ATS tools, specifically Workable.
Experience building and maintaining structured interview scorecards.
Strong ability to identify CV fraud and AI-generated application patterns.
Excellent written English.
Capability to work asynchronously across multiple time zones.
Self-starter mindset with minimal oversight requirements.
Prior experience in Web3, DeFi, fintech, or membership businesses is a plus.
Experience with Testlify or similar assessment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle requisitions from intake with department leads to final offer.
Manage five or more concurrent searches across diverse functions like sales, ops, and tech.
Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, Workable, and outbound headhunting.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume role types.
Screen for CV fraud and AI-tailored application patterns.
Enforce group-wide standard hiring processes, including structured interviews and scorecards.
Maintain pipeline hygiene and reporting in Workable.
Draft offer language and coordinate compensation approvals with management.
