Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple business units or brands simultaneously.
  • Ability to run 5+ concurrent searches across different functions without a coordinator.
  • Fluent with ATS tools, specifically Workable.
  • Experience building and maintaining structured interview scorecards.
  • Strong ability to identify CV fraud and AI-generated application patterns.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Capability to work asynchronously across multiple time zones.
  • Self-starter mindset with minimal oversight requirements.
  • Prior experience in Web3, DeFi, fintech, or membership businesses is a plus.
  • Experience with Testlify or similar assessment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle requisitions from intake with department leads to final offer.
  • Manage five or more concurrent searches across diverse functions like sales, ops, and tech.
  • Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, Workable, and outbound headhunting.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume role types.
  • Screen for CV fraud and AI-tailored application patterns.
  • Enforce group-wide standard hiring processes, including structured interviews and scorecards.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and reporting in Workable.
  • Draft offer language and coordinate compensation approvals with management.
