Requirements
- 4+ years of Amazon PPC and Account Management experience, preferably in agency or multi-account environments.
- Proven hands-on ownership of Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD) campaigns.
- Strong catalog management expertise using flat files, variations, and bulk uploads.
- Brand Registry experience including listing reclamation and ownership corrections.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa for research and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Active use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for workflow automation and listing processes.
- Familiarity with Seller Central and case management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end performance across multiple brands on Amazon and Walmart.
- Execute hands-on Amazon PPC campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and budget management.
- Build scalable workflows and SOPs for PPC, catalog management, and account operations.
- Manage complex catalog structures using flat files, variations, and bulk uploads.
- Optimize product listings and A+ content to drive performance improvements.
- Handle case management and Seller Support escalations.
