Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in A-Z Amazon account management.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and marketplaces simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
- Proficiency in project management software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Reliable PC/Laptop with dual monitors.
- High-speed internet with a backup solution.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and monitor day-to-day account operations, including daily health checks and tracking key metrics.
- Optimize product listings for discoverability and create variation pages using data-driven insights.
- Ensure product compliance with Amazon standards and resolve related issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for escalating and resolving cases with Amazon Seller Support.
- Manage and update large volumes of product data using flat files.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback management, and dispute negative reviews.
