Requirements
- Solid professional experience developing backend applications using Java.
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and experience developing or applying AI agents in software engineering workflows.
- Practical experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
- Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
- Experience developing microservices and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures.
- Experience working in multi-repository (Multi-Repo) development environments.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EKS, SQS, and S3.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
- Strong understanding of software quality practices, automated testing, and code review processes.
- Experience participating in agile methodologies and software delivery cycles.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and solve complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend solutions using Java to support the evolution and modernization of digital platforms.
- Build integrations required for the redesign of customer journeys within a large-scale application ecosystem.
- Apply AI-driven development approaches, including the creation and use of AI agents to optimize software engineering workflows.
- Work with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to improve development efficiency and delivery quality.
- Utilize AI development tools and frameworks such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs to enhance productivity.
- Design and develop scalable microservices and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and collaborative engineering activities.
- Contribute to deployment processes, release management activities, and production delivery workflows.
- Ensure software quality through automated testing, unit tests, and code review practices.
- Support DevOps practices by working with tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
