Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven record of closing complex high-value deals.
- Experience selling to financial institutions such as banks, exchanges, asset managers, trading firms, or market infrastructure providers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage six- to twelve-month sales cycles.
- Proven ability to build outbound opportunity pipelines.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering, product, or technical consulting teams.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM platforms and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with key market opportunities and growth objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and engage high-value leads across financial institutions, technology partners, and relevant ecosystems.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including banks, exchanges, asset managers, trading firms, and market infrastructure organizations.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client challenges, define opportunities, and position tailored solutions.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach and qualification through contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop accurate pipeline forecasts and maintain detailed opportunity tracking using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions, prepare proposals, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
