Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven record of closing complex high-value deals.
  • Experience selling to financial institutions such as banks, exchanges, asset managers, trading firms, or market infrastructure providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage six- to twelve-month sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to build outbound opportunity pipelines.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, product, or technical consulting teams.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM platforms and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with key market opportunities and growth objectives.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage high-value leads across financial institutions, technology partners, and relevant ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including banks, exchanges, asset managers, trading firms, and market infrastructure organizations.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client challenges, define opportunities, and position tailored solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach and qualification through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop accurate pipeline forecasts and maintain detailed opportunity tracking using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions, prepare proposals, and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
