Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy is required.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles within the agricultural sector.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to execute strategic plans with discipline and focus on results.
- Knowledge of soybean and cotton crops.
- Experience building relationships with agricultural customers and commercial teams.
- Availability to travel and visit customers across different regions.
- Availability to reside in Sapezal, Mato Grosso, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with agricultural companies and key customers, ensuring high-quality technical and commercial support.
- Oversee operational management of sales orders and support sales processes within the assigned business unit.
- Manage product inventory and allocation quotas to support efficient supply and customer service.
- Perform analyses to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Respond to commercial team requests related to sales processes and customer requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with sales teams and customers through effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and support related to crop solutions and agricultural practices.
- Visit customers and agricultural operations across different regions to strengthen partnerships and understand market needs.
