Requirements

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles within the agricultural sector.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to execute strategic plans with discipline and focus on results.
  • Knowledge of soybean and cotton crops.
  • Experience building relationships with agricultural customers and commercial teams.
  • Availability to travel and visit customers across different regions.
  • Availability to reside in Sapezal, Mato Grosso, Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with agricultural companies and key customers, ensuring high-quality technical and commercial support.
  • Oversee operational management of sales orders and support sales processes within the assigned business unit.
  • Manage product inventory and allocation quotas to support efficient supply and customer service.
  • Perform analyses to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Respond to commercial team requests related to sales processes and customer requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with sales teams and customers through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical guidance and support related to crop solutions and agricultural practices.
  • Visit customers and agricultural operations across different regions to strengthen partnerships and understand market needs.
