Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting sessions with clients, guiding them through structured marketing and referral-based growth methodologies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and achievement of project goals.
  • Translate client needs into actionable strategies and ensure successful implementation of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project updates, and performance insights within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure integrated delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor client performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement of results.
  • Support the evolution of consulting processes by providing feedback and insights from client engagements.
