Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience with data analysis related to credit operations, financial products, or similar business areas.
- Strong experience in process improvement, performance monitoring, and operational analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience designing, organizing, and maintaining structured databases.
- Knowledge of R and/or Python is considered a strong advantage.
- Expertise in credit parameterization and analytical problem-solving.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved business performance.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), producing insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and business results.
- Structure, organize, and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and reliability.
- Support the configuration and optimization of credit decision parameters and related operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses that enable proactive monitoring of business performance and process effectiveness.
