Requirements

  • Experience analyzing marketing and sales data in performance-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing metrics across paid media, CRM, organic, and social channels.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with digital sales funnels, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Strong ability to build analytical studies and present insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Autonomous, proactive profile with strong ownership mindset.
  • Experience with marketing leadership or strategy (plus).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automation and social media metrics (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Generate strategic insights to support decisions on marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and commercial prioritization.
  • Analyze end-to-end sales funnels to identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate marketing performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel efficiency, recommending improvements.
  • Develop deep-dive analytical studies to identify drivers of revenue and test hypotheses impacting business performance.
  • Design, maintain, and evolve dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand data structures, improve data quality, and ensure analytical consistency.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Support prioritization and management of analytics demands in partnership with leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, CX, and engineering to ensure alignment on metrics and insights.
