Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned product portfolio and identify market opportunities to increase growth and market share.
  • Ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives by monitoring performance, providing guidance, and supporting individual growth plans.
  • Accompany field activities, maintain relationships with key customers, and support effective demand-generation strategies.
  • Create and execute action plans, track results, and adjust strategies to address performance gaps.
  • Manage available financial, operational, and human resources to maximize business performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, medical societies, key opinion leaders, and associations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Medical, Marketing, Training, Commercial, and Sales Excellence.
