Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the dental insurance industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting productivity and service expectations.

- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (up to 10%) for team meetings or project-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze provider fee schedules to support network performance and business objectives.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial fee schedule adjustments with contracted dental providers using available data and established guidelines.
- Research, investigate, and resolve a variety of provider-related inquiries and operational issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Make every reasonable effort to retain providers within the dental network by addressing concerns and resolving termination requests.
- Collaborate with internal network teams on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
- Ensure contractual obligations and procedural turnaround times are consistently met.
- Expand knowledge of network strategies, policies, and operational processes to support continuous improvement.
