Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Aviation Technology, or related technical field.
- Five years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or Backend Developer.
- Knowledge of PII compliance frameworks and secure coding principles.
- Proficiency in Python development and distributed backend architecture.
- Expertise in API design and performance optimization.
- Experience with relational databases and major cloud platform deployment.
- Experience with API reverse-engineering, browser automation, and Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP).
- Experience implementing data validation, observability systems, and LLM-based autonomous agents.
- Background in handling sensitive financial data and anti-automation mitigation.
- Proven success leading technical projects from design to release and establishing engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage team capacity planning, hiring, and onboarding.
- Provide leadership oversight and performance management for technical leads.
- Define and enforce team-wide engineering standards and architectural design.
- Oversee infrastructure architecture and security for distributed, SOC 2-compliant systems.
- Lead design and implementation of data quality monitoring systems.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and task prioritization.
- Represent the engineering team in client-facing technical discussions.
