Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, customer support, operations, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a Thursday – Sunday roster from 6:00pm to 2:00am (Brazil time).
  • English language proficiency (resume/CV must be submitted in English).
  • Familiarity with CRM, customer support, or case management platforms is a plus.
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience with operational improvement or risk-related initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to solve complex problems and build trust.
  • Analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Transform customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Risk teams.
  • Contribute to automation and workflow initiatives to increase team efficiency.
  • Strengthen operational controls and service quality standards during company growth.
