Requirements
- Experience in customer service, customer support, operations, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a Thursday – Sunday roster from 6:00pm to 2:00am (Brazil time).
- English language proficiency (resume/CV must be submitted in English).
- Familiarity with CRM, customer support, or case management platforms is a plus.
- Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Experience with operational improvement or risk-related initiatives is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to solve complex problems and build trust.
- Analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Transform customer feedback into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Risk teams.
- Contribute to automation and workflow initiatives to increase team efficiency.
- Strengthen operational controls and service quality standards during company growth.
