Requirements
- Experience in customer service, customer support, operations, or a customer-facing environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
- Strong communication skills in both writing and conversation.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and issue investigation.
- Interest in technology, financial services, or product scaling.
- Availability to work a Wednesday–Sunday roster from 6:00pm to 2:00am (Brazil time).
- Submission of resume or CV in English.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to solve complex problems and build trust.
- Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Transform customer feedback into actionable insights for product and process improvements.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Risk teams to solve customer issues at scale.
- Contribute to automation and workflow initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
- Strengthen operational controls, risk management, and service quality standards.
