Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, customer support, operations, or a customer-facing environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills in both writing and conversation.
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and issue investigation.
  • Interest in technology, financial services, or product scaling.
  • Availability to work a Wednesday–Sunday roster from 6:00pm to 2:00am (Brazil time).
  • Submission of resume or CV in English.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to solve complex problems and build trust.
  • Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Transform customer feedback into actionable insights for product and process improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Risk teams to solve customer issues at scale.
  • Contribute to automation and workflow initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
  • Strengthen operational controls, risk management, and service quality standards.
