- Consistent availability during core work hours: 9:00am - 3:00pm Central Time.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or associations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage client systems and data including databases, websites, and shared folders.
- Provide administrative and communication support including phone and inbox management.
- Coordinate event logistics, details, and schedules for trade and professional associations.
- Compile and format meeting materials such as name badges, agendas, and programs.
- Provide onsite support at events including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate communication with attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors.
- Update procedures and maintain accurate documentation for all completed work.
