  • Consistent availability during core work hours: 9:00am - 3:00pm Central Time.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations or associations (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage client systems and data including databases, websites, and shared folders.
  • Provide administrative and communication support including phone and inbox management.
  • Coordinate event logistics, details, and schedules for trade and professional associations.
  • Compile and format meeting materials such as name badges, agendas, and programs.
  • Provide onsite support at events including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
  • Facilitate communication with attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Update procedures and maintain accurate documentation for all completed work.
