Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or analysis.
  • Direct, hands-on experience supporting equity compensation plans (UARs, RSUs).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Experience navigating HRIS and benefits enrollment platforms.
  • Deep understanding of benefits compliance and federal/state regulations.
  • Ability to communicate complex data to cross-functional partners.
  • 4th generation or higher processor (Intel i3 or equivalent).
  • At least 4GB RAM.
  • Windows 10 or higher or MAC OSX.
  • Dual monitors required.
  • Stable wired internet connection (10 Mbps or higher).
  • PC headset and HD webcam (at least 720p).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, and retirement plans.
  • Manage equity compensation programs, specifically focusing on UARs and RSUs.
  • Perform monthly invoice reconciliations and implement long-term fixes for discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate benefit deductions and data integrity.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor enrollment accuracy, billing, and equity activity.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Support annual filings, audits, and vendor performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline benefits workflows.
